  Position:    Graphics Designer
 
  Responsibilities:
  • Produce graphic art and visual layout for marketing and advertising materials including, but not limited to: brochures, promotions, trade show items, product packaging, print ads and other marketing collateral
  • Create layout and graphic elements for product interfaces
  • Generate and manipulate graphic images
  • Multimedia: animations, sound, text, and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs
  Requirements:
  • College Degree in Graphic Design
  • At least 3 years experience as graphic artist as well as web design experience
  • Experience with both print and web-based media
  • Macromedia Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, MS FrontPage, HTML
 
  Position:    Web Software Developer, Sr.
 
  Responsibilities:
  • Consults with clients and other project team members to design, build and manage web sites. Develops installation programs for websites. May negotiate contracts/agreements with software vendors and other internet companies.
  Requirements:
  • May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (i.e., SQL, C++, HTML, CGI and JavaScript). Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
 
  Position:    Marketing Coordinator
 
  Responsibilities:
  • Support the Marketing and Business Development Department
  • Coordinate Trade Show set up and execution
  • Prepare follow up material for trade shows and company sponsored events
  • Assist in preparation of advertising, mailing, etc.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage premium inventory & budget
  • General administrative support such as answering phones, copying, filing, faxing, etc.
  • Calendar Management
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Meeting Arrangements
  • General Typing such as correspondence, expense reports, etc.
  • Projects as Assigned
  Requirements:
  • At least an Associate Degree with a concentration in marketing
  • 2+ Years Experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • PowerPoint a must
  • Self-starter able to operate with minimal supervision
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team Player
