William J. Loughman, President, CEO and Chief Financial Officer
As the Company's Vice President of Finance since March 2006 and Chief Financial
Officer since August 2006, William J. Loughman has joined
uVuMobile™, Inc.
with over 25 years of finance and operations experience, primarily in the
telecommunications industry. Prior to joining
uVuMobile™, Inc.
, he was with AirGate PCS as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and
o2wireless Solutions where he held various positions including President and
Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
He has also held various financial and operations positions with AT&T Wireless,
Motorola Bell Atlantic and Cellular One. Mr. Loughman earned his B.B.A. degree
from Iona College and M.B.A from Manhattan College.
Scott Hughes, Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer of
uVuMobile™, Inc.
Scott Hughes is responsible for the product design, development, delivery and
day-to-day operations of
uVuMobile's™, Inc.
services and infrastructure. Mr. Hughes has been with
uVuMobile™, Inc.
since March 2001 and has led the development of multiple new video and rich
media communications services and supporting architecture. Prior to joining
uVuMobile™, Inc.
, Mr. Hughes was Director of Network and Security Consulting Services at
Redmond Technology Partners, a Seattle-based consulting group, whose clients
included Microsoft, Infospace, Voice Stream and Western Wireless. Mr. Hughes
has held various management and technology positions with Comnet
Cellular/Verizon, BellSouth and Turner Entertainment Group's Worldwide
Information Technology Services.
