Richard Seifert, President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Seifert brings 30 years experience as both an executive and consultant with
the majority of that time spent in the Internet technology field. Mr. Seifert
has spent the last 12 years focused on the delivery of video and other rich
media content over the Internet to cell phones. Mr. Seifert brings with him key
relationships in the media and technology world that are anticipated to help
UVUM form new strategic partnerships, gain market share and expand
internationally.
Ronald A. Warren, Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary
Mr. Warren joined uVuMobile in December 2003 as Vice President - Investor
Relations and Corporate Communications. Warren is a senior level communications
professional with a broad background in financial, technical and regulatory
issues. His experience includes communications for high growth publicly held
companies, national and multicultural audiences. He is a published author of
“How to Create a Successful Annual Report” and a frequent guest speaker at
national and local industry events. Prior to joining SmartVideo, Warren held
various Investor Relations and Corporate Communications positions at Beazer
Homes, Theragenics Corp., Rollins, Inc., and Advanced Telecommunications. Warren
is an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and
served as the Atlanta Chapter President from 2002 to 2003.
Donald Parker, Vice President of Operations
Donald Parker (Don) joined the Company in June 2006
as vice President of Operations, responsible for client implementation, product
support, and project, content, and vendor management. He brings over
twenty-five years of IT, telecommunications, and consulting experience to the
company, with focus on strategic planning, negotiations, procedures and
methodology. Prior to joining uVuMobile, Mr. Parker served as interim VP of IT
to successful startup telecom ventures Pocket Communications and Independent
Wireless One from April 2005 till June 2006. From July 2002 till April 2005,
Mr. Parker was the Director of IT for Airgate PCS, a Sprint affiliate. From
1989 through June of 2002, Mr. Parker held various management and consulting
positions for Comsys, providing technical and account management services to
clients such as Cingular, BellSouth, Risk Sciences, Crawford & Co., Norfolk
Southern, and Ceridian.
